CZ LOKO intends to further invest in Italy to consolidate the development of its subsidiary CZ LOKO ITALIA, which in just a few years has become a player of absolute importance in the Italian railway market. The success and growth of CZ LOKO ITALIA have reached dimensions that require management adaptation, in particular by articulating and strengthening functions that had remained merged in the start-up phase. The link with the parent company in the Czech Republic is guaranteed, but also the necessary autonomy to be able to offer rapid and effective responses to the needs and challenges of the Italian market.
A new Board of Directors was therefore appointed chaired by Andrea Colantoni, a new bilingual Italian/Czech professional, and in which the Vice President of the Board of Directors and General Manager of CZ LOKO Josef Gulyas, as well as the Director of CZ LOKO, are directly present. Jan Barta, son of CZ LOKO's majority shareholder.
Marco Danzi is confirmed in the role of General Director to be able to concentrate more on the operational and commercial management of CZ LOKO ITALIA, also in view of the first deliveries of the new DualShunter 2000 bimodal locomotive.
